Scene: Cooper tells Patty's parents that they don't deserve her. Violet talks to Dell about her cramps and he urges her to reveal her pregnancy, telling her the guilt and anxiety about not telling Sheldon or Pete is not good for the baby and will swallow her up. Archer goes to talk to Addison. She talks about their childhood and worries about who's going to carry her home if he dies. She says she fixes things and wants to fix this for him and he tells her that some things she can't fix.

Scene: Addison gives permission for Archer to be puty into a medically-induced coma. Sam does it for her. Naomi comforts Addison. Naomi and Sam try to talk Addison out of Archer having surgery to remove the parasites as he didn't want that. She adamantly refuses to respect his wishes, wanting to save him. She refuses to accept that she's supposed to stand by and watch him die. Addison calls Derek and tells him that she needs him.

Scene: Cooper tells Charlotte about Violet's pregnancy and she tells him that his first child was supposed to be theirs after he tells her that he's moving in with Violet to support her. Dell & Violet look at her ultrasound pictures together and she tells him she's keeping the baby. He tells her that he thinks he might be a pretty good midwife and she agrees. Addison & Naomi leave in an ambulance with Archer for Seattle.
