who knows the final song that was playing tonight as Sean was doing Annie's surgery?

It's definitely "Fame" by David Bowie.
i heard an arabic song in the end of the episode , a guy was singing it was slow song.when sean was doing Rachel's surgery, the girlfriend of Matt, it was probably about Filistim, Gazza. does anybody know who sing that song?
