Can anyone help me find the last song of this episode that went something like "I want the snowfall to come....."

So far, NO site has posted the song that starts off with the lyrics "It's a magical season". It might have been the second song in the Holidaze
episode. I love that song and want to kbnow what it is and who sings it!
i second HEATHER7's comment--i have no idea what the song is that played while meredith, cristina, and alex ate lunch on thanksgiving was, and it was a really fun holiday song, so if anyone knows what it is, please share the knowledge!
