Lexie joins the interns in the basement; Callie and Erica fight over Izzie's actions; Izzie tells Denny she has to move on.

Scene: (Opening Scenes) Meredith talks to Cristina on the phone about Ellis' diaries while Derek tries unsuccessfully to sleep beside her. Izzie and Alex sleep cuddled up together. Owen shocks a patients heart. Cristina steals Meredith from Derek as they come off the elevator. Derek and Bailey talk about marriage and relationship problems with their significant others. He tells her that he and Addison did counseling and she wonders if it was right before they got divorced as he walks off.
