The opening theme to each episode is We Won't Be Fooled Again by The Who. Many thanks to those who knew the Freedom song by Akon--was going nuts trying to find it via V-cast.

Ha! Found it! The song I'm talking about is called "Sik" by VVS. I had to email the music supervisor for the show to find out.
The Spanish guitar sounded like Rodrigo y Gabriela. Not sure which song it was...
