Sounds like "Njosnavelin" by "Sigur Rios" from their album "()" Maybe CBS just redid it without the vocals.
Wayne sounds pretty on the money.
It also reminded me of a song used for the first trailer of Children of Men.

It is a Sigur Ros song, but not Njosnavelin, it's Hoppipolla, but a different version... Many bands have covered the song and it sounds like one of those covers.
This is not Njosnavelin, neither Hoppipolla (any version).
I think it actually is Njósnavélin, but it's not the version I have on my album. I've seen a clip on YouTube of them playing this music live, exactly like it is in the show, and it's called Njósnavélin. It's strange!
