I really hope someone has/will find the name of the artist and song title of the catchy/"hip" one playing at the very start of the actual episode, when Delia's at the house she's about to showcase, with Ned....

I can barely make out some of the words she sings, but at the very start I do know (I think, at least) she sings, "You light up my fire....", and that she keeps singing, throughout it, "I'm so glad, I'm so glad I know you are the one...." I believe.

And then, at the very, very end of the song (or, at least, what's the last we hear, when Ned goes in the backyard to get the lawnmower), she sings, "Always...always...always...."

I was wondering if anybody recognizes the song playing in the backround when Jim/Sam talks to Kennedy's character "the shrink" about his "fiancé". I can only make out a few words like "your love will take me apart" or so.

The "I will save you" song is "In Repair" by Tim Hanauer (www.timhanauer.com). It's the song that sounds like Snow Patrol in the opening scene after the theme.

Can anyone help me with this song? It starts at about 00:08:00, when mel and Sam(Jim) were talking outside her house, lyrics I remember "Come outside and walk with me, the sun's just as bright as it used to be".

The part where melinda is talking to sam outside the antique store.. and the lyrics are something like " before i lose you know" .. pretty sure its a female singer?
