The song playing during the credits is "castles made of sand" by Jimi Hendrix, Ive listened to it over and over and it really does sound like Hendrix is playing, but it's not the single version, a alternate take perhaps???.....

i don't hear the similarity between "castles made of sand" and the end credits song at all and i've checked out several versions.

well, lets try to figure this then...i am a huge hendrix fan, and while i dont hear a direct similarity, hendrix is known for long winded and spontaneous solos, so it still might be castles...thoughts...

Ok, I finally found it. It is Castles, only it's not Hendrix doing it, it's Chaka Khan. It's on her new CD of covers "Funk This"

at the beginning of the credits it sounds like a version of John Mayer's "Slow Dancing in a Burning Room" then morphs into something else.. very hendrix-y though

aright so basically this song (at the end of the episode) is some custom version or something since there isnt a straight answer yet.
its chaka khan but it doesnt match that version so its not? but then its definitely not any others people mentioned.

It sounds so much like SRV, but it just isn't any version of Little Wing I can find. It's absolutely not Chaka Kahn or Yellow Ledbetter (not any of the 15 versions I've heard). It's driving me nuts, it's such a great 10 seconds of music.

it is not castles made of sand...the closest one is SVR/Hendrix "Little Wing" but the exact 10 seconds from the end credits i juts can't find...i know the show tends to use covers...so maybe its someone else's version
